A Fresh Look and a Fresh Start
In 2018, we started undergoing massive changes here at Avidia. After eight years in business, we realized our look needed a makeover. We completely rebranded and upgraded our website and logo in September 2019.
Why? Because we wanted our digital presence to reflect our company vision and mission. We are a premier custom integration company, and we provide the highest quality design process, installation process and customer experience. Our customers can always expect our best on every project. When you visit our website, now you can see our work for yourself.
Customer Experience Is the Heart and Soul of Our Business
Along with our fresh look, we also had a fresh focus. We’ve always been driven to provide the best design and installation experience for our clients, but we began examining how our services could better reflect that goal. This soul-searching led us to launch our most customer-focused initiative to date: 24/7 support services for all clients.
We created a technology support service that was scalable and flexible because every home and every automation system has different needs. When trouble crops up, we want our customers to know a dedicated service person is available to help, no matter the size or scale of the problem.
- We offer four support membership plans that all include on-site and remote support services.
- If you don’t have a membership, we’re still available to offer you support and assistance. On our website, we break down the price points for individual service requests.
- We have a DIY support app that allows you to access your system and troubleshoot common issues.
- We offer Comcast Assistance, where we manage all interactions with Comcast so you don’t have to.
Day or night, our Avidia service team is here to grant you peace of mind. As a result of our support services, we’re able to build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with our customers.
