Three examples come to mind:1) while they provided multiple package options with different tier pricing, what I found different about Avidia is that they personally called each manufacturer/distributor to ensure I received best pricing (including personally surfing the web to other seller sites to ensure I received the best pricing at the time).

They were extremely responsive and worked with my schedule. They were upfront with what work would be required and the costs involved.
