The project centered around the installation of Lutron Triathlon shades, chosen for their battery-powered design, compatibility with the home's existing automation systems, and their ability to provide both privacy and controlled natural lighting. These shades were not replacements but a new addition to a window that previously lacked any covering, making the choice of a battery-operated solution ideal due to the absence of existing wiring.

Customization Details

Customization was a key aspect of this installation. The shades needed to fit precisely within the specific measurements of the bathroom window to ensure optimal functionality and visual integration. The choice of fabric was particularly crucial. A translucent 3% fabric was selected, matching the room's color scheme while allowing soft light filtration that maintains privacy yet still offers a view of the outdoors. This custom approach ensured that the shades would perform their intended function and enhance the interior decor.
