Office Administrator
General Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Organized Office Administrator with excellent customer service skills who will be responsible for general office duties such as incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, filing invoices, assisting other employees with deadlines, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering Phones
- Filing paperwork
- Paying Vendors
- Invoicing Clients
- Assisting with Payroll and Employee Hours
- Preparing Sales Tax
- Providing Job cost breakdowns
- Reconciling Accounts
- Parts Ordering
QUALIFICATIONS
- One or more years of experience working with QuickBooks
- One or more years of experience working in Office
- Experience with Microsoft Applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Be available to work Monday-Friday 8-4
