Job Description
Job Overview
This integrator is a Production Technician that will be responsible for wire pulling, cable termination, and assisting in high-end residential AV installations. This is a great opportunity for someone with two or more years of experience who is eager to grow within a company that values technical skill and a great personality.
Responsibilities
- Pull and terminate wires for home automation, AV, and control systems.
- Assist in the installation of Control4, Crestron, Lutron, and other high-end systems.
- Work alongside senior technicians to learn advanced installation techniques.
- Ensure quality control and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a professional and client-friendly demeanor in high-end homes.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience pulling wire and terminating cables.
- Industry Background: Experience in residential AV preferred; commercial experience considered.
- Technical Skills: Exposure to Control4, Crestron, Lutron, or similar is a plus.
- Great Personality: Looking for someone with a positive, team-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
- Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable working in luxury homes and interacting with high-end clientele.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders when needed.
